We are trying to learn more about healthcare harm, and what kind of help people need after healthcare harm.
People who use this resource can participate in a research study. Participation involves completing a survey about your healthcare experiences and wellbeing. We will also ask for your opinions about this resource, so that we can find out if it is helpful and make it better. We ask that you spend some time exploring this website before you complete the survey.
Participation is open to anyone who has been harmed by healthcare. Residents of Saskatchewan will receive a $20 electronic gift card (Amazon.ca or Walmart) after completing the survey. If you are not a resident of Saskatchewan, you can still complete the survey but you won’t receive a gift card or any other type of compensation.
The survey takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes. If you would like to take a break, you can leave the survey and return to it later.
